As a child growing up I watched cartoons and read lots of books about cartoon characters. My favorites were Bugs Bunny and Winnie the Pooh and friends. The more I watched Winnie the Pooh, the more I fell in love with Tigger's character. I liked that he was happy and upbeat and bouncy. My favorite saying by Tigger is "The wonderful thing about Tiggers is Tiggers are wonderful things. Their tops are made out of rubber, their bottoms are made out of springs. They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, fun fun fun fun fun. But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is I'm the only one!"
Although I'm grown up and have grown-up children, I still love Tigger. For birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, and any other occasion, my children and my husband buy me everything Tigger. I have everything from little statues, stuffed animals, and posters to key chains and blankets. I even have a Tigger tattoo. My children say I can laugh just like him. If there's anyone out there who has anything related to Tigger that they may want to get rid of, contact me. I'll be glad to take it off your hands, no matter how large or how small. So just remember, the wonderful thing about Tiggers is Tiggers are wonderful things.
